1. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, once an activation PIN code has been generated and issued, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Eligible Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee for: (a) Accidental duplicate purchases; (b) Verified technical failure on a supported device that our team cannot resolve.

我们在以下情况下提供 14 天退款保证：(a) 意外重复购买；(b) 在支持的设备上出现经核实且我们的团队无法解决的技术故障。

3. Process

To request a refund, please contact support with your Order ID and Device ID. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

如需申请退款，请联系客服并提供您的订单号和设备 ID。审核通过的退款将按原付款方式退回。
