Refund Policy

Since we sell digital goods (activation PIN codes for custom watch faces), returns are generally not accepted once the activation code has been generated and successfully used.

However, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same watch face more than once.
  • Technical Issues: The watch face does not work on your officially supported Garmin device, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue for you.
  • Unused Code: You purchased the code but never activated it on your device.

How to request a refund:
Please contact us at wumubai1993@gmail.com with your Order ID and Device ID. Once approved, the refund will be processed directly through our payment partner and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
